Note:  This school is AKA "The Home Inspection Institite, LLC" They purchased the NIBI logo 

right to use (2012)- Perhaps it is because NIBI has offered an online course for 20 years ? The truth is that "The Home Inspection Institute, LLC" are comprised of former Inspection21 faculty and students. So we know everything about them. They purchased NIBI logo because they only offered 1.5 years of School Training experience as a school. The owner of the school is an instructor at NIBI as well, and has only had a NJ Home Inspector License since 2008. Another Instructor there only has had a NJ Home Inspector License since 2010.  2 others on the staff were Licensed in 2012 !

We know this because they 3 of them attended Inspection21 ! 

The owner was an instructor at Inspection21 Mount Laurel, NJ in 2008 for 5 months. 

For the record Keith Scherzinger IS NOT affiliated with either of my Companies -*Inspection Professionals of New Jersey, LLC, NOR NJHIA -New Jersey Home Inspectors Association. as his website claims. He is using these names without authorization.  

Additionally, 2 of the newest NIBI staff member only received their License this year (2012)

 So it makes perfect sense for "THII " to hide behind the NIBI 20 year online Credential.

So if you notice many similarities between our school (Inspection21), and theirs, it is because they literally are copying ALL of our ideas---using intellectual property including scheduling, times, use of names, copyrights, slogans, our school materials, etc....including calling and using ALL the same vendors we do.

Come on guys, you can't come up with "ANYTHING" original !!!

Oh,more curious questions???

 if NIBI was so successful in New Jersey since they started the NJ Home Inspection Certificate program in 2008, then why sell your brand?,

perhaps it is because you were not doing so well with New Jersey enrollments?  And Why's that ?
